What’s Covered

• Workmanship on every repair and installation. Our technicians are trained journeymen who work under our K.E.Y.S. code: Krafted right, Every time, Your home first, Standing behind it. If a spring we installed settles differently than expected, or an opener adjustment doesn’t hold, we return and correct it under our 90-Day Done Right Promise.
• Parts we supply and install. We carry springs, cables, rollers, hinges, and openers from all major brands on every truck: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. If a part we installed fails due to defect or our installation within the promise period, we replace it at no charge.
• Job site cleanup and protection. We lay down protective covering, collect every fastener and packaging piece, and leave your garage as we found it. If we track oil on your driveway or leave debris behind, call us and we’ll return to set it right.
• On-time arrival for scheduled appointments. We give you a real arrival window and call when we’re en route. If we’re running late due to traffic on the 170 or an unexpected complication at a prior job, we notify you directly. You won’t wait wondering.
• Honest, upfront pricing with no hidden charges. The flat price is stated before any work begins. We don’t start, discover something “unexpected,” and pad the bill. What we quote is what you pay. That’s a square deal.

What We Don’t Guarantee (And Why We’re Upfront About It)

We don’t promise manufacturer warranties we don’t control. If you purchase a Clopay or Amarr door, or a LiftMaster or Genie opener, the manufacturer’s warranty terms apply directly from them. We facilitate claims when possible, but we won’t inflate their coverage or invent terms. What we do guarantee is our own installation and service workmanship, unconditionally, for 90 days.

We also don’t guarantee same-day completion on full door replacements or custom orders. That work requires precise measurement, factory ordering, and scheduled installation. We guarantee a free measure, a written price that won’t change, and completion as soon as your door arrives.
